This six-session package is designed to hold you accountable on your healing journey- it allows you to make the commitment to show up for you every month. You get one 60 minute session per month, an hour just for you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect. When you commit to regular Reiki practice, whether receiving or giving, you’re honoring your energy and creating space for healing, clarity, and balance. Showing up for yourself in this way means recognizing your worth and making your well-being a priority. Reiki supports personal accountability by helping you become more aware of your patterns, emotions, and intentions. It gently encourages you to take responsibility for your energy, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater alignment and self-trust. It’s easy to put yourself on the back burner—caught up in caring for others, managing responsibilities, and pushing through each day without pause. Over time, your own needs can begin to feel like an afterthought. But true healing begins when you gently choose to return to yourself, even in small ways.
